Come on did you even bother to read that article ? The banks were forced to give out that money under a directive enforced by Clinton and Andrew cuomo .

Jorge, Trump's latest sadist Miller inspired policy, immigrant parents are given an ultimatum – allow your children to be released from detention without you or face indefinite detention together.
Decisions, decisions. What would you do Jorge given that choice?
I did. That would be great and all if Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were the only ones making home loans. Those were government sponsored enterprises. You had privately owned banks who were making similar mistakes.
That's a complete misnomer to say it was strictly caused by Democrats. That was bad lending practices coupled with a bad recession coupled with billions of dollars of mortgage backed securities that were worthless.

Its much more multi faceted than "Democrats giving out money".
On an unrelated note , California Is doing bad with the virus . 6000 new cases Of the virus in one day .
The Obama Administration did not separate children from their families and create dehumanizing conditions as a way to deter immigration and asylum, which is the stated policy of the Trump Administration. The center were used to process migrants and asylum seekers. The time spent at the centers was brief, most released in 72 hrs.
A report released (7/2019) from the Department of Homeland Security's internal watchdog found "dangerous overcrowding" and "prolonged detention of children and adults" at facilities in the Rio Grande Valley.
Photos included in the report show migrants at the facilities crowded behind fences and sleeping on the floor with aluminum blankets.
Roughly 8,000 immigrants were being held at the five Border Patrol facilities visited by the watchdog, 3,400 of which had been held longer than the 72 hours generally permitted under Customs and Border Protection (CBP) standards.

You do realize that trump signed an order ending the separation of families 2 years ago right ? So this argument is pretty much moot now . Either way if families didn’t keep breaking the LAW by coming here illegally then there wouldn’t be so many people in detention centers
You do realize I addressed this pages ago, correct? He is now detaining entire families OR the latest Miller inspired twist he is offering parents the cruel ultimatum mentioned above. So the argument is far from moot. Oh and Jorge, the only reason he even agreed to address the family separation issue? He was forced! Public outrage and political pressure, otherwise it would have continued.
I knew you would fall back on that trope eventually. Blame the victim. If they weren't here illegally they wouldn't be treated like sub human rubbish. These are people seeking asylum escaping violence and countries run by drug lords. Poverty, famines and other disaster. They are seeking a better life for themselves and children. The US is a land of immigrants. She was always known for her generosity and compassion. A lot has changed in the age of Trump.
Call me a liberal, a bleeding heart snowflake commie *******. I remember when the US had a heart. Stood for the more humane course of action. When in doubt she could be relied upon to err on the side of humanity. No longer. We have policy inspired by racist *** holes like Miller. A president who repeatedly dog whistles his racism to his base. There is more hate and anger each day. You can not in good conscious tell me it has nothing to do with the dotard.
Those banks were government sponsored banks (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac). What's the excuse for all the privatized banks who irresponsibly gave out money? You tell me about reading but did you read the whole Wiki page on the subprime mortgage crisis? If you did, you would realize many entities were at fault.
I believe all banks follow atleast some government and state regulations
BREAKING NEWS: The Trump administration just announced plans to end federal funding and support for coronavirus testing sites at the end of this month.
Less testing, less cases right Donnie?
U.S. banks, bank accounts, and banking transactions are extensively regulated. The banking industry is subject to overlapping regulations promulgated by federal and state agencies:
The Federal Reserve Board has general regulatory authority over the operations and disclosure obligations of all banks, both nationally- and state-chartered.

Relax Testing is not going to end , it’s just going to be up to the states to take care of it . The only difference is that the states will pay for it . They have no problem taxing people for plastic bags and straws like California does so why not an extra tax to cover mass testing ?
