We don't know if a vaccine will be developed. Neither does he. The medical community hopes for a vaccine. That's why all these major medical entities have been thrown all this money. To find one. The president shouldn't be contradicting the people advising him on the virus. He criticized Fauci yesterday for his testimony in front of Congress because it was information he clearly didn't like hearing like the risks of reopening too soon or that kids going back to school in the fall "would be a bridge too far".
The fact that you continue defending him speaks more about you than it does anything else. No matter how many examples I provide, you'll find a way to portray in some way that makes him relatable and a caricature when the reality is that he is an idiot and he's over matched by all of this.
