As testing becomes more widely available the US numbers will more accurately reflect the spread. We now have positive tests in all 50 states. Imo it was criminal to suppress the early testing protocol. Denial is not an appropriate response. Wishing and hoping not an appropriate course of action.

23% of the population in italy is over 65 years of age that is the main reason for the high death rate..i think italy has the oldest population in europe..

Maybe if the govt to wasn’t so focused on trying to impeach trump he might have been able to get more done . Remember almost 2 months ago he wanted to start travel restrictions but he was criticized for that

It does. There are some other reasons they speculate as reasons for the high death rate but it's still killing more than the flu and spreading more quickly.

There needs to be a system in place and then 20 other systems if that fails.

Clown,in all due respect, this is probably the worst crisis ever in the Country. People just saying things NOW is ridiculous. It is too easy for the picking.

You can name any President you want and they could not do anymore with this crisis. No way!

Everything has shutdown to minimize the spread. How can you prepare for something like this?

Clown, plus one of the WH health team members said there are now new reports of spikes of younger people in Italy getting severely ill from this Covid-19, that is certainly not what we need in the US.

This damn virus wants to kill us all.

Like I said before the is the beginning of the end of the world .

If I was the President:

I would give everybody 7 days to stock up and then have a total lockdown for 15 days.


Nothing stays open would be my plan..

We gotta work together on this, we must put politics aside. This is gett8ng worse than I ever expected. I don’t even want to play golf now and Dr Segal said it was the best place to be with the fresh air....

Yeah and during those 7 days you would see mass riots at supermarkets and pharmacies . Not exactly the way to keep the masses calm

Well, maybe a few exceptions like Grocery stores and pharmacies. But why do those people need to be put in harm’s way?
