Cuomo has been around for 12 years and should have had his state ready for this years before trump became president . But instead cuomo spent hundreds of millions of federal dollars in failed green initiatives and businesses and a shuttered solar panel factory . After 9-11 he should have had his STATE prepared for all attacks on this country , including biological attacks . All cuomo has done is argue with the president and complain of not having enough ventilators when now he has a surplus of them . And yes I blame cuomo as much as trump if not more than trump because the constitution gives governors the power to decide what they do need to do for their states . Remember the big argument that cuomo had with trump about who had the final say when the states would reopen ?Quote:
