Trump is reacting to a movement that is mostly black and using violence to shut it down. Most of which are peaceful protests. Yesterday (for example in Washington DC) where cops used tear gas and rubber bullets on people who were engaging in non violent protesting. We know Trump's stance on this. He wants to "dominate" the protesters.
