That IS a scary thought! Can't happen, although I wouldn't put it past Trump to try! Would need a constitutional amendment. Only Congress sets the “times, places and manner” of federal elections, according to the Constitution. While the Constitution doesn’t prescribe those dates, exactly, Congress did in 3 U.S. Code § 1. That federal law schedules presidential elections “on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year succeeding every election of a President and Vice President.” The Constitution itself, stipulates the president can only “hold his Office during the Term of four Years.” The upshot: After four years, the president’s term — and authority — expires. The 20th Amendment terminates each presidential term at noon on Jan. 20.

After seeing Trump this past week with every presser I’m voting for Biden. The poor man just needs to let zPence speak....He is calm and clear with his voice.

Tell me what the hell could trump have done to stop this? He started the travel bans 2 months ago and was attacked for that . I mean governor Cuomo who hates trump has given him praise these last few days .
