All sides need to look and acknowledge this. They must also acknowledge it could take decades to correct.
People need to be reprogrammed to see the level of aggression towards the black community that is inherent in our system .
I actually think more police is the answer and those cops should go back to foot patrolling. That way they meet and grow to know the people on their beat and are less likely to treat them like statistics
