Really then explain how death from Covid just happen to nearly double from over 6k to over 10k in just a couple days after cuomo said the curve was flattening and less people weed getting brought into hospitals ? Again, the federal government can pass legislation to aid the economy for another month if they need to. You don't get back American lives if people die when making that decision prematurely.
