In a crisis like this the state borders should be completely shutdown. And this is a time to supersede the constitution. So save that Constitutional argument for a NORMAL day which it doesn’t even happen. This is a different time folks. Stay in your own State!

See, I can say that about a guy that I like as a politician. He did drop the ball. He should have purchased ventilators. He should have set up quarantine earlier. He's made mistakes.
