I tried cannabis a few times and it always made me feel terrible and I tried cbd and the results were not better then less expensive options for pain and insomnia. Some people just don't like it. If you are really interested in giving it another shot though, I'd recommend trying it a handful of times within a month. Those first few tries with no tolerance can often be more uncomfortable than enjoyable otherwise.
