Don't hold your breath.
Alright my answer is conflicted, however I had a bit of a moral debate with some others I know who also had COVID.
My symptoms started last week monday and as of today it has been about 6 days since any sign of a fever and all other symptoms are gone except some sinus pressure in the AM which I pretty much always get. My doctor told me after 10 days of isolation I am good to go as long as no sign of symptoms namely fever. I had plans for this weekend, but am conflicted on whether I should go as it does seem like everyone has a different answer.
I ask this cause I haven't taken another test to see if I am now negative and mostly because allot of people saying it is too soon to get a negative and highly likely I would have a detection, but not be contagious. So without taking a test to see I am negative, but following my doctors recommendation what is others take?
Don't do anything till I take a follow up test? Or following distancing guidelines and wear a mask?
Bad boy.
My Drs said that 3 days symptom free were good enough to consider me covid-free. I didn't take my 2nd swab test until I had been back to work for over a week and I was negative (about 3-4 weeks after I started developing symptoms). Take your time going back to work unless you are a health care worker then, follow your employers mandates.
As to wearing a mask and following distancing guidelines, it is a good idea to do so, especially if people know that you had Covid. Some people will avoid you as though you had the plague, even after you are completely done with the disease (personal experience). Wear your mask and avoid crowds when possible.
you know what is amazing? there are people that think ghosts are real but think covid is fake lol... really think about that
Also by the same token, there are people who think Jeffrey Epstein didn't kill himself but believe everything their conservative heroes tell them about COVID-19 (all while ignoring the advice of medical experts).
You probably should have put quotes around "the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine". Also, you shouldn't pretend that posting child pornography won't also get one's social media account banned. Even if one really was banned before the other, that alone is not evidence that the other thing is somehow approved of or a definite lower priority. If you have evidence to the contrary, you might want to share it.
....and please oh please tell me that it's the removal of the Dr. Stella Immanuel video you're commiserating over.
No, but there are plenty of people who seem to want to pick and choose which "medical experts" they believe. There have been enough doctors who have touted the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine to consider it a viable treatment for the virus, at least for the time being. The fact that information about the drug is being intentionally suppressed should be enough to open people's eyes. Or that just this week, Ohio attempted to ban the sale of it.
There are doctors in my hospital who are treating this virus with the utmost seriousness, others that consider it to be overblown, and still others that are somewhere in-between. I would imagine this is the case in most hospitals. By the same token (let's see how many times we can say this today), there are doctors who believe the drug is a safe and effective treatment for covid-19 and others who do not.
It seems that for some believing in the "medical community" means believing in what is said as long as it's in accordance with their political alignment. That, of course, has nothing to do with the fact that Facebook, Twitter, or any other MSM or social media entities have no business moderating what medical information is put out. Hell, there are more dangerous medications that treat acne or anxiety that are prescribed.
Those social media sites are private organizations that can moderate whatever and whoever they feel like moderating, just like the moderators on PSD can pick and choose what and who they want to moderate. You and I may not like it, but it is what it is. We have the choice to not support or participate in either of these things if the way they run their business doesn't align with our personal values (or idea of an enjoyable and/or productive time).
I guess I can assume that you were referring to Dr. Immanuel by the way you completely avoided my question in regards to her and her reckless advice?
