If there exists a video of any politician arguing anything that you'd figure every average person in this country would nod their heads to, it's videos like that. I guess not. So thank you, Republicans of PSD, for always standing up and fighting for the mega rich! You're always willing to do their bidding -- defending corporate welfare, defending corruption, defending deregulation, etc. -- despite how counterproductive and antithetical to a healthy Democracy it always is.


There's only one sect of politicians pushing for true and necessary campaign reform, and it's coming from the left. If you want to stamp out corruption, make fairer elections, make our Democracy more representative, and so on, well, there's only one option. No one is more interested in defending and strengthening our Democracy than them. It's not even up for debate. A lot of Dems will pay lip service to a lot of issues relating to corruption, campaign finance reform, voter rights, etc., but few of them have ever been as comfortable with making it a significant part of their platform. The new wave progressives get it.

The current president is not as good a speaker as our last president and I believe you could call that a given

5th grade level vocabulary??? You're being a little ridiculous with that one. He's a shrewd business man and he gets things done.

However, there is a world of difference between the current president (also your president) and your local congress kid in the the current president has actually done something and continues to do something every day.

I get it…people in her congressional district (including you I presume) were tired of the pasty old white guy. I understand that. And i guess for whatever reason the locals wanted an individual they could identify with…young, I guess hispanic. I get that too.

But if you needed someone you could identify with…she's it??? That's the best the locals could come up with??? That speaks volumes. This girl is an idiot.

Same with wacky Maxine. I get that a black constituency wants a black candidate. I get that a white person would be doomed in that area. But Maxine is the best they can do????

Just a little hard for me to believe, that's all.

There's 550 or so congressionals. We need the best and the brightest. Not Aunt Esther and the kid. Neither one of those two could survive a debate with a large base such as a county, state or national election. They would be completely overwhelmed,
