You are being intellectually dishonest. If the cop and Castile had no original plan to shoot but things can change, then those who entered the Capitol building may not have had any intention of raping her but things can change, so you don’t know if they would have raped her.

not comparable. the officer was facing the person with the gun, it was right there, Castile told him. if anyone had actually gotten to AOC you could say things can change.

police know these situations where someone can act of nowhere and they are shot, that puts them on edge fair or not.

You keep coming at this from the perspective of what the cop thought based on what was going to happen. In some of those situations people can act out of nowhere and shoot the cop, but this wasn’t one of those cases. Again, we KNOW Castile was not reaching for his gun or was going to shoot the cop. We know that. So the cop was fearful of something that wasn’t going to happen because of what happened in similar situations.

The same is true of AOC. Many situations similar to that end up with someone like her getting raped, it was a reasonable fear even if it wasn’t going to happen.

You keep saying not comparable because you have no argument for why it isn’t, because it is.

And now you continuing to lie and say Castile may have had an intention to shoot the cop when we KNOW he didn’t is intellectually dishonest.

I’m no expert on this but was she even in the building that was “attacked” or even the same time?

Seems like I remember hearing that her call was like an hour before the “attack” and not in the building.
