It's not the exact same but the point remains about what you are laughably focused on. You are outraged a woman has fear in an extreme situation. You aren't mad at all and try to justify a black man being confronted by cops then killed by them due to their own fear (so not just a fear but actually killing someone off it instead of keeping it to yourself until asked).

The cops often create confrontation, that isn't an excuse to kill others. There is a person there letting them know he has a gun and trying to get his ID as was asked for. The cop wasn't in danger in that moment being confronted by a man aiming a gun to shoot and kill him. Just like AOC wasn't confronted by someone trying to rape her. You still have more outrage about her simple fear as opposed to killing a black man. It's amazing how little you think of certain people.

The justification is that it was a dangerous moment and people have their own feelings when that happens. It's common sense. As has been used as an example cops justify their actions all the time due to fear and you even defend killing black man over said justification. The issue is how insane this approach is given the context. It's not about AOC is perfect and Trump is bad, it is the specific examples you argue and how your argue them that is disgusting to many.

On a topic like this? Context matters. Sometimes a person deserves more criticism than others, Trump is actually a great example given the things he does/says. Sometimes I agree it goes over the top but this has been how many days and he brought it into multiple other threads. So given all the actual context show me what you are comparing this to from others if you aren't just whining about both sides nonsense and actually mean it.

It's not just about criticizing someone, it is the reason he is doing so that's being called out more than anything from myself and others. It's very common for him to find something extremely minor on certain people to criticize them on like this to an extreme level.

when a person (black/white/whatever) is confronting a police officer, there is often a reason that person (race irrelevant) is being confronted. the police are responding, reacting, not the ones that are often creating the confrontation. police can not deescalate like they should, but the escalating is based on the actions of the person that is often a suspect/criminal, not often some random person doing nothing.
people fail to see this reality and need to play some race game, either refuse to believe reality or manipulated by media that plays this game.

the police respond/react, despite what some want to believe in general the police are not going around with an itchy trigger finger targeting black people.


AOC stretched reality, was not going to be raped.
if you want to disagree then give me some evidence to support that that was going to happen that day.
