The report the Texas Democratic Party put out came to the main conclusion that a lack of a strong ground game hurt them in Texas, which is probably very true. But we were also fighting a global, contagious pandemic. So given that it was more likely the Democrats would take it more seriously, it does make sense that would be harmful in such a large state.

Special if AOC had to choose bt raising 5 mil for poor people adversely affected by a disaster or hurting Ted Cruz politically which what do you think she would choose?

Sounds like she's doing a good job at it. Helping people by raising millions to help them is what she's supposed to be doing. The "market incentives" are working.
