can't blame her for wanting to flip a state the other way, just as any Republican would want to do to any state that is blue. but as I said above lets not pretend that AOC is doing this because she cares.

I like the idea of a female ex-bartender, whose mother is foreign-born, taking over Texas. Got so many double whammies in there. And she is from NEW YORK CITY! The bastion of liberal debaucheries.

Thanks, Special for pointing this out. Progressive had a rough time in Texas this past election cycle. It may have been a smart move to shore up the brand there. A large Latino population and a rising star in the progressive wing make a good combination.. Cruz, Abbot, and the bootstrap ex-mayor are killing it. Texas three stooges.
