Trumps is a worse example of someone not serving their constituents. His example has legitimate effect on a major metro area and halting progress and in turn standard of living.

Aoc didn't strike a deal with Amazon, how bad is her district doing? People there may not even want it. You're looking at the numbers here without understanding the big picture.

Any 50 companies bro, it's ****in new York, you know how much money is there?? My former business partner went there 2 years ago and opened a shop, now has 3, one next to Madison Square garden. Who the hell is NOT gonna produce revenue and employment in New York?

I wish that NY would keep all the Amazon jobs and get them out of my neck of the woods. All Amazon is doing is driving up the property tax costs for me and clogging up our horrendous transit system.

For example, his tax plan. Under his administration small business has much less tax write offs, and the write offs we have are reduced. Maybe that's a good thing, maybe bad, but for me personally it's bad

It's already pushed up my property valuation before they even open up because people are speculatively buying real estate so they can charge significantly higher rents/mortgages. The alleged jobs aren't even in yet but the effects of people bracing for them are. I actually live in the area affected by Amazon. In the previous three years before this year, the property tax that is owed went up by about 3-4%. This year suddenly it is about 11%...

So the effect that I see happening is people who already have these $150K jobs will get a slight pay bump but no one will be getting drastically increased pay since to get those six figure jobs you can't just be Joe Schmo off the street and people will be priced out of their homes. I hope to avoid that, I really do.

Small businesses have their smallest marginal tax rate in recent history. I know this from news as well as professional experience.
