The $1400 Biden is proposing is only an attempt to appease republicans into voting for his legislation. If we want to incentivize people to stay home during a pandemic, we should actually ensure they don't starve or get evicted so they don't have to go out in public.

Agree or disagree with them our leaders from both sides are already starting to set better examples of civility. We will all be better off for this.
