many people in politics have gotten death threats, including Trump. I guess he too was always in danger.

When has Trump had people directly outside the WH looking to break in? The Secret Service doesn't let you within a large parameter of the building and on top of that its fenced off. Its arguably the most secure spot in the whole world.

1) no, he doesn't

2) he's obviously not confident in his reasoning, as he's basically been quiet as a church mouse on anything election related post Election Day and gets really touchy when anyone directly broaches the subject with him (WHAT IS THERE TO DISCUSS?!?!?)
