I look for the most qualified people. I could care less about their background. It means nothing to me.

You sitting there saying "Other young minority women will gain fame, success, and intelligence" is idiotic. You make it as if being a "young minority woman" is a qualification for something or anything. It is not.

Do you want the surgeon working on one of your loved one to be a young minority woman or a qualified surgeon. (She could be both, let's hope so.) However, I don't want the hospital looking for "young minority women." I want them looking for qualified surgeons. Can you get that point?

Same with pilots, dentists, architects, investors, carpenters and plumbers. Can't you get that?

I did not mention her background or age bc I think they make her qualified I mentioned them bc she won’t be the last person from a different demographic to win an election and I don’t want you to have a stroke
