Here's hoping man. I totally agree with you with White also being my favorite option outside of Zion/Morent/RJ - I've got a feeling he might climb his way up the board though, I think he could go top 5.

For sure - with Okogie and Cov, if both are going to start, we really need some shooting/scoring to compliment them. I don't want jump to any conclusions too early, especially since we normally get reemed with the draft lottery and such, but if we did get a chance to draft White and he's able to contribute right away, it does make our roster look more 'complete', for want of a better word.

Absolutely - having different styles of players at the PG spot is a great weapon (the obvious example of Curry/Livingston), and if you can play them together, even better. I think Tyus can play with almost anyone - while he's get his limitations, I think he understands that. I respect him for that.

I love how we all figure Wiggins as a non-factor. Pencil his worthless *** in for 33 mpg for 3 more years

Those 33 minutes per will really hold us back considering he is way below average offensively and defensively.

A part of me, say 5-10% still hopes it clicks for Wiggins. I am clearly this threads optimist. :)

I have thought about this comparison in the past too. A thing that I see different in them (compared to Brewer's first stint in MN). Okogie has slightly better bball IQ. You can see it in their D as well. Brewer was never short of effort but most of the times his D was stupid. Okogie has more signs of becoming a good defender.

I'm not sure about that on the offensive end, but I definitely see your point on Defense. Brewer was much more of a gambler and Okogie seems more sound defensively.

totally agree, I think Dw3241 and I mean more stylistic, and impact wise. I don't know if Okogie has the skill ability to be a good starter offensively, but he can absolutely find a long career as an excellent 3-D wing. He is also WAY stronger than Brewer ever was, which helps him. You could always physically overwhelm Brewer, you can't do that to Okogie. Hoping he can turn into a taller Marcus Smart kind of player to be honest..
