Did you guys watch the ultimate fighter last night? Ok so I saw the last episode and the one before that. They were to two most lopsided wins the fighter that won was completely dominate in the match and good for them they trained well and showed up, but cmon the ladies that lost pretty much just didn't belong. That may be disrespectful , and I do not mean to be, but its what I thought of as a consumer watching this show.
I really am not a big fan of the show and if I do catch the show I usually wait until the end and just watch the fight. The interviews on FS1 are ok sometimes as well.

Mackenzie Dern will be fighting in Invicta FC against Kaline Medeiros on December 8th. If you havent heard of Dern, she is one of the top prospects in WMMA at only 24. She has one several gold medals in BJJ including The World Cup and ADCC.
