Why not do a trade with Portland for Aldridge.
For one, Portland isn't likely to trade him. If the Hawks make another significant move, my guess is it's likely for a true center to shift Horford to power forward and either have Millsap at small forward or as our Lamar Odom-type tweener off the bench.Quote:

Aldridge has said that he wants out of Portland. Not saying we will get him, but an interesting thought.
More than likely we will do a S&T with Houston, I just hope they dont include J.Lin.
I feel like if Millsap could handle SF that Utah would have played him there predominantly. Their front court depth begged for it. Maybe spot duty at best... shot blocking backup like dalembert would be nice. Drew wants teague back, has there been any discussion of a teague for Jennings double sign and trade?

Millsap: $19M total over 2 years
Jefferson: $41M total over 3 years
A few months ago a lot of people would have said the players are on the same level or they'd rather have Millsap.
I think Lin has to be included financially but hopefully flipped to a third team. Maybe Detroit?Quote:

I prefer Jeff Teague to Brandon Jennings. I think the Teague situation is going to be like Josh's the first time around. We're waiting for another team to set the market for him, and imo the reason he hasn't been getting a lot of looks is because others are speculating we'll match it anyways.
