I still think they'll be somewhere between (3 and 6). I know some hate DH, he's NOT the player he was 5 years ago! However, he can be considerably better than he has been lately! 20/12 on this team! If Horford chooses OKC, and they want to dump salary, wonder if we can do a sign and trade for Sabonis (who we reportedly wanted in the draft) and Kanter (for salary reasons).
I would just rebuild if Horford leaves. See if Boston would want Sap (get that BK pick), and we would have a head start.
Dennis, Sabonis, 2 rookie wings, Kanter (if you want to include him), BK's pick (top 5 surely), and our pick after sucking for the season.
We could add 2 potential franchise players in a pretty good draft coming up.
Or we could stay pat, overpay role players like Baze, lose to Lebron 4 straight games again, then look to re-sign an aging Sap to a max.

I understand, but the Hawks will also throw different lineups out there depending on the game situation. No one can truly guard lebron. At least with horford and Howard inside, you've got great interior defense. Maybe you can sacrifice a little d on the outside
I hear ya, but I don't think Sap would be happy being a situational player either. None of them would and I think that would destroy chemistry.. And it's not just a defensive thing, you also have to worry about fatigue and frustration of playing out of position, everyone can't handle it.Quote:

Sounds like Dwight meeting went well. Things could get interesting here. I want both horford and Dwight, not one without the other.
So if we can sign both, then a decision has to be made with milsap. If we trade him, we must get at least a SG or SF.
Some of these contracts for good not great players are rediculous!
