I would be a little skeptical about bringing Josh back. I did enjoy watching his dunks and defense was good, the one thing I really did not like was his shooting on his own and not playing team ball.
I can understand that.... However the ISO Joe offense didn't allow for the team in its entirety to be unselfish. So I'm not dumping that in just his lap and my hope would be that he has matured some. If we get the 2014-15 Houston Rockets Josh I'm all for it! If we're getting the Detroit or 2016-16 Houston Josh, I'll pass.Quote:

Millsap will opt out in order to get a max deal. If the Hawks don't offer him max he'll be gone.

Milsap has been a great player for us and has earned consideration for a max deal. We shouldn't have passed on the alleged offer from PHX in the off-season. I would Re-visit that and see if the interest is still there. Hoops rumors list the Taptors, Nuggets, Trail Blazzers, and Heat.
Since I would really like to build through the draft and 2018 to this point is rated as a very good one, Den is the team id look at as they have their own pick and the Griz pick that's only protected through 5 in 17' or 18'.
If we are trading Milsap, we must also look into trading others. Including my favorite DS. If the 76'ers are still in love with him, they have the picks and young players to make it work. Noel, that Lakers pick in 17' or 18 ( protected 1-3 in 17 unprotected in 18) and their pick in 18 would be nice.

And today comes the Boston rumors.... They absolutely have the mix of picks and young players it would take to get it done and may be the most willing.
With continues rumors today that Milsap was almost traded twice already and Al Horfords " I want to stay in Atlanta" statement fresh in Hawks brass minds, in think it's better than 60/40 Milsap gets traded.
