I liked this top 10 list. Mostly because it wasn't the same as the other ones out there and it gives a decent report of each guy listed. Paulino and Vazquez could be 2 guys that really make the Tigers system exciting in the near future. Lots of top 10 lists rave about these 2 guys.

I think we have some really boom or bust talent in our top 20. If we can get 3-5 of them to become decent guys then our minor leagues isn't in bad shape. The only bad thing about them is, they are all in low A to middle A.
