You have made a couple topics here related to posters breaking rules, and the same answer is coming to you- report the posts.
Yes, we have moderators here, but there are over 100 forums on this site and thousands of posts made each day. There is no way that everyone can cover all of those, much less determine who might be a banned user using a duplicate account.
So if someone is breaking a rule- and a duplicate account is breaking a rule per the list that is posted in this forum category- they will receive an infraction accordingly. Additionally, if it is a banned user, then we will ban them again. Once we have the report, there are ways that we have to determine duplicate accounts. But if you aren't willing to report these posts, then chances are we might not find them.
