i just meant, the last year of the cba, there was no salary cap. It was a written agreement, a contract, between the nfl and nflpa. They did that to hopefully persuade them to get a deal done prior to that.

It was just my opinion, since the cba specifically spelled out to have an uncapped year, it would be even harder to penalize the cowboys and redskins, regardless of future implications.

just my opinion. ( not that you werent dead on, or that im saying your wrong, just was bringing it up to you, because you seem like a very smart poster, and wanted your opinion on said topic.)

sorry, i may not have worded it right. i just meant, the uncapped year was in the cba. it was the final year. so it was contracted between the nfl and nflpa, they were still under a signed agreement, and that agreement was for an uncapped year. it was suppose to defer them to ever get to that point.

I have seen bits and pieces of them playing (NFL Sunday ticket...for free is great). But it doesnt matter if you give up 99 yards on a drive if you get a turnover on that last yard. Now if they start giving up a lot of points and stop scoring then there are going to be problems.

Apparently there are still people who believe the Bills are a figment of their imaginations. I tend to believe them...
