True, but style changes can be made. Character changes can't, a player like Haynesworth is always going to be a thug and make stupid decisions. Rod Smith is my favorite wide receiver because he put in more effort than anyone else and proved everyone wrong. He did so much with what he had. That is the kind of player I want on my team. I think Alex Smith is like that too. He took so much crap for so long (deserved or otherwise) and he appears to be emerging.
