I tried to be cordial. This thing was sooooo far off the mark that it was embarrassing to read.

In her defense, though, this was for a business course, and I'm fairly certain she had no idea how to do a formal report as a business major (though if she read the material for the course, chapter 12 detailed it fairly nicely for her...)
