    A couple carrots, sliver of ginger, an orange, and a chunk of purple cabbage would be super easy and require about 2 mins of prep time. I like to peel my oranges before I juice them so it takes me longer, but I think most people juice the peel too. Whenever I drink juice first thing in the morning and itís time for lunch/dinner, it makes me think twice because I feel like Iím ruining progress if I eat junk.

    Hey, I drink spirulina juice every morning. All because I have diabetes and it helps to fight it. I feel much better. Spirulina has blood sugar lowering properties that are very good at fighting diabetes. You can read more in this blog . Good luck)
