Ok, this is how it works. When requests are open, you can feel free to ask for a request and post your description.
But...when requests are closed, i wont be able to take your request until Im done with the others. So for the meantime, don't bother posting for a request.
Only when they are open you can go ahead and post for a request, that way i will be able to see all the requests that have been asked and nobody will be skipped.
