This dates back to Nov 2011, when a trade was agreed upon to the fact that it was breaking news not just on Twitter, but live national television and every media outlet.

Lakers get: Chris Paul (NOH)
NOLA Hornets get: Lamar Odom (LAL), Luis Scola (HOU), Goran Dragic (HOU), Kevin Martin (HOU), 1st round pick (LAL)
Rockets get: Pau Gasol (LAL)

And David Stern vetoed it.

Final deal was:

Clippers get: Chris Paul
Hornets get: Al-Farouq Aminu, Chris Kaman, Eric Gordon and Wolves unprotected 2012 pick.

Essentially, Hornets suck after that, sucky enough to get the #1 pick to draft Anthony Davis, who develops during all these years and rots in NOLA, to now enter his prime and go to the team that the previous franchise player in his prime at the time (CP3 in 2011) should have been rightfully traded to all along (Los angeles lakers).

Karma is a *****

Of course he vetoed it, it wound up netting them a generational star, they just ****ed it all up. Wonder if they take the best talent or best outcome.
