DLO is torching boston right now... The dude is tapping into that insane potential and only looks to be getting better

Harden has 36 points at halftime. Dude might go for 70 at this pace...

The nets are ****ing geniuses... They turned their franchise around when they should be in the gutter for years to come after that horrid trade.... They have a rising stud in DLO/Dimwiddie on top of the ability to sign 2 max free agents and have the pockets as deep as any other big market.

DLO through 3 quarters

33/7/5 on 54 pct from the field and 58 pct from 3.... This dude is just balling.

Damn Crowder has been a dumpster fire on offense the last handful of games. Let's see if he can come close to hitting 30% of his shots tonight...ugh.

Statistically tho, he's been the same lmao.

5/7/4 on 2-5 fg and 7 turnovers for Marc Gasol against the Capela-less Rockets. Grizzlies doubling the Rockets turnovers is what killed them in this one.

this year 19/6/4 on 43/36/81 pct shooting

This is post tonights game of course.

 Harden took more combined shooting possessions than all of his starters + 4 of their 5 subs COMBINED. He was efficient from the field though (rare night over 50% from the field at 17-33 along with the countless FT's), so credit to him, but that is incredible. Never seen ball dominance to this level, especially being that 90% of his possessions are him dribbling for 8-9 seconds before initiating his drive for the foul/shot.

It's an almost statistically irrelevant difference though (1 bad week and he's below all those numbers), and it's still not impressive in the least. Year 4 and the best case for him is that we could say he might have a future as a slightly above average starter. Though at PG I wouldn't say he is top 20.

so what your saying is we should just ignore him being better across the board on his way to a 20/6 season where he is shooting well because we should assume 1 really bad week?????????

I mean my god i guess 1 insanely great week and we are looking at an all star right? sheesh

Was a very good win and impressive game from him as I said. Curry not won without KD/Klay? Lol weird/dumb take. Klay has been there and been healthy most of their career, but Klay is obviously known to go ghost for months on end, including the playoffs, and including most of this season where frankly he has been a pretty big negative for the team.

No, you should just understand that he is well within his standard for his career. He's a young/growing player though so should obviously slightly improve as a 22 year old, but he's a #2 pick who hasn't shown us anything of note as it pertains to playing dominating/winning ball who is now in year 4. He'll be fine. But don't act like we're watching a star.

i mean curry shot well his entire career but last i checked he didnt explode until year 4 and beyond really... did anyone think he would be the best player in the world in his first 3 or 4 seasons? We could 100 percent be watching a superstar that just needs time like curry had... not many come right in and excel like the lebrons/durants. Again he just further has been getting better and better and the nets who once were the laughing stock of the league with no out until what most thought would be 21/22 and beyond now have a promising future.

Hahah bro Curry finished his last 50 games as a rookie (when he started getting more PT/coaching respect) on 21/5/7 on 47/47/90 (breaking the rookie 3pt record). Wake me up when Russell matches a stretch like that. Year 3 he didn't even play other than a small portion of the season and was injured. Year 4 was his first year without Monta and the team in his reigns (obviously should have been given to him sooner). He dominated. That's been the case ever since.

so again I am right and he took a massive leap forward compared to his first 3 seasons? ty

Just watched the Rockets game. Harden had 57 of the Rockets 112 points in 34 minutes. Next top scorer was Danuel House, who had 15. No Capela, no CP3, no Gordon, no Brandon Knight. Set the modern NBA record with 30+ points in 17 consecutive games.

I really hope he gets some rest before the playoffs and gets over that hump. And the rest need to get and stay healthy, too or itíll be a lost cause.

2-4 tonight. Gross.

One thing about Harden that I do respect the hell out of is he doesn't take games off for "scheduled rest" or whatever BS they call it. The man just plays and you have to give him big time props for showing up to work every night.
