Philly and Toronto are a little high, seeing the unknowns about each team, and the Pacers are a little too low. I would have them all near each other from like 7-9.

The East/West divide on overall record is getting closer but I think the rankings have all the eastern teams a little more optimistic than I do.

I'm in a position to be a basketball snob for the first time in my life and say that beyond the top 10 who really gives a poop.

I've got Boston too high. Toronto too low. I hate Houston's move bringing in Melo but think they deserve the benefit of the doubt to be #2. Philadelphia is definitely too high. And I blinked when I saw OKC at 6 and then remembered moving Melo is a real upgrade for them.

i actually dont think this is that bad. i agree with the top 3 in that order. id flip philly and Toronto and id put the Lakers ahead of the Nuggets. I think the Nuggets is ranked to high tbh, a 9 seed who didnt add a difference maker (not sure if they have enough D to hide IT)

but its also shows how outside of GSW (Im not as high on Houston this year as I was last year) that there arent any other elite teams out west, just depth of good teams

I'm not as high on philly but the west is too insane to figure out, I don't think the gap between conferences has been this large in a while.

I might be crazy but am I alone in thinking the wizards take a step up

Replacing Trevor Ariza and Luc Mbah a Moute with Carmelo?
That's a step backwards, maybe two.

Thinking Carmelo is an Ariza/ Luc replacement is what I disagree with.

How did Luc do in the playoffs? How did Trevor do in game 7 of the wcf? Is the team a finished product by the start of the season?

I can answer the Ariza question! He went 0-12 from the field. 0-9 from (6 of those were wide open).

He held KD majority of the game and his excellent defense that everyone keeps speaking on limited KD to 34 points on 51% shooting.

I really like Ariza but since he decided to leave Houston, people really been hyping him up.

If the Rockets would of gave him 15 million dollars then everyone would of been clowning the Rockets for over paying paying an 34 year old who only play defense and catch & shoot wide open 3ís created by our great backcourt.

Itís an lose lose situation! He probably get this big payday for Phoenix this year then come to Houston next year on veterans minimum anyways after he let all you guys down on PSD.

I think Spurs are too low. I think they can be a top 4 seed.
