Harden is the MVP and it isn't close... LeBron would be the MVP if he didn't underperform along with his team for the past two months. Absolutely zero excuse.

MVP

Harden
Irving
Curry
Westbrook
Durant

I think Irving and Stevens are going to be a tough out come playoff time then Harden and Paul.

Westbrook gets that triple double again then he gets a good share of votes.

LeBron goes for 69. (nice)

Doesn't show the bearded one anything more than his plane ticket to come to Houston over the summer as a free agent.

Beard still MVP.

*classic lebron outperforms and Rockets role players stink up place. Cavs win by 5.

1 quarter in the back to back

embiid- 6 pts/5boards/3assists/1block-terrible.

Love me some lebron but the mvp is hardens to lose and its not close. The only one that might be more valuable might be embiid when the sixers are a 4 seed.

lol yo the pacers came to play... they kicking our ***** and their ball movement is other worldly

02-03-2018, 08:45 PM
Al Jefferson just spun and put it down against embiid xD.... Al Jefferson is balling yo. Who would have thought getting rid of an overrated ball hog in pg13 that the pacers could actually be better all around?

I know Love is out and IT likely isn't this bad, but even taking that into account I'm not sure this team has enough to make the finals.

tredigs
02-03-2018, 10:24 PM
I wouldn't sign IT for the vet min. It's been over a month. He should have played himself into shape by now and started to take advantage of all the fatigued/weakened NBA players entering the ASB. I think he's getting worse.

Canít let the foot off the gas pedal, Houston has the scoring droughts every once in a while where they wonít score for 4-6 minutes.

Honestly, this looks more like the Cavs lack of energy to win this game than Houston just dominating. Those inside buckets were way too easy for any NBA team to have

WEll they're literally the worst D in the NBA. That's just what it's like playing Cleveland.

Iíve seen bad defenses (Hardens first few seasons with Houston), but this is just embarrassing. LeBron isnít even trying. With your team struggling you only have 6 points? The man can get to the whole at will, he showed it after Green blocked his layup and got hyped up, LeBron came back the next play straight down the middle for a monster dunk.

The effort just isnít there.

How embarrassing, I know the team is struggling but show up for a national TV game against the 2nd best team in the league. The Cavs stink

Texan_Rocket
02-03-2018, 10:47 PM
This team isnít getting to the conference finals, not playing like this. I was one of the guys saying that they are a lock for the finals despite the bad play.

This isnít bad play, this is the team giving up. Toronto and Boston would destroy them in 5 games with this effort

Total chaos in Cleveland. I'm loving every second of it.

The cavs are soooo bad defensively. Thompson and Crowder are ok playing individual defense. Lebron, JR, and IT are all terrible individual defenders. And all 5 are terrible team defenders.

Impressed by the Warriors not phoning it in again on the road b2b in Denver right now. Everybody on both teams are playing hard. I really thought the Nuggets would just roll them tonight.

Ricky found his Gun.

Its a damm pity your GM didnt pull the trigger on favors and First for MIROTIC.

playoffs would have been a SURE thing because a stretch power foward on fire that lessens the need of gobert to score whilst opening the lines and who actually know how to work with Ricky would have been DYNAMITE.

IT has had enough time to adjust and get back into basketball shape. This is embarrassing. He will not be getting a max contract nor close to it. I don't feel bad for him at all after what he did to try and shame K.Love. Dude should be ashamed of himself.

And Danny Ainge was getting bashed for trading IT, Crowder, and the Brooklyn pick for Kyrie.....i think we know who won that trade now.....idc what that pick conveys either. Kyrie is a 25 yr old stud PG. Cleveland looks awful without him

Whatís really smacked me in the face lately is how poor LBJís leadership has been....Iíve never seen him make it look so obvious that heís disinterested.

I don't think mirotic is worth a lotto first and I don't think a team 4 games .500 would ever be a lock for the playoffs.

What a comeback win for the Celtics, big game and shot by Horford

Cal827
02-04-2018, 03:28 PM
Damn it Horford, I wanted to play for the 1 seed in the East on Tuesday :laugh2: oh well, can't wait for Boston-Toronto... which should be nationally televised but the Cavs current tailspin gets 99% of the East's spots

Side note: If Toronto/Boston end up tied for the 1 seed. How do the tiebreakers work? I would think division takes priority over conference in BOTH aspects, but I ask cause if they used the tiebreakers separately, currently Boston has the better record within the division, but the Raptors have the better conference record. It would be funny to see a team end up with the 1 seed, but not their division :laugh2:
