Your NBA champions: San Antonio Spurs.

Yeah San Antonio would be the far and away favorites.

And their road to the finals would be much easier not playing the grizz or rockets.

Spurs easily.

Yeah, it's really no contest. Spurs with ease.

The Heat would actually have a decent shot of coming out of the east as an 8th seed lol.

Hate the Spurs, Love the Spurs. Call em' whatever you want but they're the only team, IMHO, who has survived under this new environment of NBA Basketball.

Team never needed super friends, never relied on the 3-point game. We'll surely miss pops and the rest of the titans when they're gone.

celtics defense and the spurs would have been fun though... Before I would have said raptors/spurs 7 but the raptors have come up as small as harden so I dunno.

Wizards as well... People are really sleeping on wizards/celtics

Spurs vs HEAT in the Finals, unless something gets in the way of that.

Like a rig job?

I don't mean to bust your balls, but I'm honestly curious how someone who thinks everything is planned and rigged can even care or be a fan at all. And I want to hear what makes you so convinced about it when literally almost noone else agrees. And how does this whole system work anyways in your opinion? All I ever see from you is NBA = Entertainment, can you expand on that?

Spurs over Bulls in the finals.

Haha funny

It's funny because when it was tied 2-2, talking heads said the Rockets were going to destroy the Spurs.

Haha funny

Does Rondo still get injured in this scenario? If not, they were going to take out the 1st seed so I don't see what's funny about it.

It's surprising how little mention the Clippers get. Sure, they lost a close one to Utah this year, but they have also beaten a full-strength Spurs team in one of the most rugged playoff series in recent memory. They went 3-1 against the Spurs this season.
That would sure be a grinder in the first round between Los Angeles and Memphis, but the Rockets would also face a long shootout against the Blazers, and the Spurs would have some serious issues with the length of Utah. I think we'd see the Clippers and Spurs in the western conference finals. Paul would murder San Antonio's back court on a mission to the finals.
In the east, nobody from Atlanta or Boston is stopping Giannis. I'm picking the Wizards and Bucks in the eastern conference finals, with Washington coming out on top.
In the end, I'm giving it to the Clippers, who take their moment with the real alphas out of the picture.

You gotta take the Spurs out of this equation as well to make it interesting. I mean... they are actually better than the Cavs, so...

I mean.. the questions is essentially: Who wins it if you remove the first and third best teams. Obviously the second best team. :-)

lol, please

The Spurs were only the second-best team because LeBron wanted to rest a bit before the playoffs.

Spurs are better regular season team than Cleveland. But cavs are better in the playoffs
