They don't have the national televised game, it's Spurs/Pels (if that's what you were referring to lol)

Cavs might break the Houston Rockets regular season 3-point record in a game tonight.

Bucks really put a beat down on the Lakers tonight

Looking forward to Spurs/Pels. The only complete game I've seen with Cousins/Davis is the Thunder one so far so I hope they can hang for 3 quarters+ with a truly elite team. Not entirely optimistic but I'll share my thoughts on my team in another thread at some point maybe. Tl;dr is I've always disliked Cousins as a player (because he's a low IQ headcase) but Davis might be the perfect running mate for him if Davis can vastly improve defensively. As of now both are just too bad defensively to hope for a consistent team in the absence of great guard play. Duncan/Robinson or even Ewing/Oakley they are not.

Well someone's gonna have to help on Leonard. Pretty textbook example of the Pels frontcourt getting demolished for lack of ability to help in the paint. Leonard is definitely at the point as a scorer where if you play him straight up he's just gonna go for 40 while still playing hard defense. IE you're not going to win if you let that happen.

I just realized how much i missed watching Middleton play this year. Dude is canning so many **** u jumpers against us. Cp3 aggravated that thumb injury to make **** worse

I'm partial to the Spurs even though I follow the Pels, but I still don't get why someone like Harden is more popular then Leonard in today's game. Yeah Harden is a good player but Leonard is the closest thing we've had to MJ since MJ (yes, closer than Kobe but I do not mean better than Kobe - just more of an inside game because of his size). Just because he's quiet? Sad.

He's having his way.. but hopefully someone else steps up. Aldridge played better that 2nd quarter, but other guys gotta step up too.

The Pels have played well tho. I'm hoping we create a little separation from them

Yup. His game looks so MJ like at times, and his defense is obvious elite.

People keep saying he's one of the best 2 way players, but he's one of the best overall. Easily the best 2 way, but he's among the league's best without a doubt.a strong case can be made for him for MVP, but yea. That won't happen. He's not mr. Popular and doesn't campaign for himself

Man, Gordon Hayward sonning the Nets. This dude is way more athletic than people give him credit for! He has turned himself into a helluva player that really goes unnoticed.

He actually reminds me of Artest before he put on all the muscle and broke up that Pacer team that was on the crusp. just much disciplined and fundamentally sound on the offensive end. People forget Ron was a top 5 player for a minute.

Ha, it's funny how that works. I was wishing the same thing when the Cavs had Mike Brown as head coach (in his 2nd stint).

Except the difference between LeBron and Giannis is that LeBron is a natural leader and was 2 ft taller than everyone else he was playing against since he was 10. He knows how to coach a team because he's been doing it his entire playing career. Giannis has had to learn how to grow into his body, learn how to adjust to America, Player while growing, and leading others when the guys you are playing with are years older than you and you look like a newborn fawn

JR Smith regressing clearly....not sure what was said in all fairness but I do wonder what got his panties in a bunch.

EDIT: McGruder hit Frye on a put back dunk attempt and JR wasn't having any of it. Ah well, we're likely getting steamrolled on Monday anyway. No LBJ & Kyrie makes a huge difference obviously.

Jokic has 27 points on 11-12 shooting and 10 rebounds, and his performance is being wasted because the Nuggets can't make a basket or play defense.

damn, you really like Jokic lol. He's a total beast. I'm not worried about the defense. I think when this team gets better and starts building around Jokic a bit more, they'll get the defense improved. Right now, they are all still built under the impression that they are tanking. with Jokic, they can make things happen.

I love the guy and I get his responsibility but dude has cost us some valuable games because of his recklessness. We're losing games we should be winning if Westbrook tweaks his game just a tad bit. It's why despite his triple doubles, his MVP consideration is not above Harden/LeBron/Kawhi.
