Durant hyperextended knee. Tough break.

I can find more, but this is only what I was able to find in the short amount of time looking. And everyone thought I don't know basketball.

I was a troll for saying Embiid isn't ROY. Watch it.

Not a valid question? Child please.

Let's worry about a participation trophy for games played, first.

Embiid is ROY?!

Re: Embiid. Oh really?

Oh really?

re: 2016-2017 ROY

He has?

Accurate

Unicorn, because he is never seen. I assume.

Embiid can't sniff Hakeem

Seems like a walking hospital to me

The one accurate post in the recent threads.

Noel, Simmons, Embiid x3. Child Please.

That was from the thread in early january. You still sure?

I'd like to take some of the time you got off your hands.

Worst 3pt shooting streak of Curry's career. 0 for his last 14 from 3. No KD. Road b2b. Yeah this is an L coming.

Just hoping KDs injury is not season ending.

You are a troll, and have no NBA knowledge to boot. Bad combo.

if KD is out, Warriors will not make the Finals. didn't see a huge injury there so he should be out 1-2 games max.

Merkieff with a hard flagrant he's fortunate he wasn't ejected for. Might get ugly later after that.

Injuries can't always be "seen", unfortunately. But I appreciate the diagnosis web md : )

I'd still take these Warriors without KD against anyone in a series, but it would definitely make things interesting. And there would def be a couple teams who could beat them. Cavs/Spurs, Rockets if they got a little lucky. Clips ehh, they havent beaten the Warriors in years. Literally.

I have no idea what Mike Malone is doing with his substitutions. He keeps Jokic out for 7 minutes, the Nuggets offense is in complete shambles, and then he brings Jokic back and they cut the lead down to 3.

It seems like he's forced to play Plumlee more minutes despite him playing poorly.

Jokic is going for his 3rd triple double.

15 points, 14 rebounds, 8 assists. on 6-9 shooting.

However, he's played the whole 3rd quarter and looks exhausted. I'm not sure Mike Malone can afford to take him off though.

Sucks that Jokic can't play D at the 1 position where you realllly have to be able to play D. Limits his potential so much. He is definitely a monster offensively though. Brilliant passer for a big.

Durant's injury doesn't look bad. I'd say it's def not an ACL so I doubt he'll back long.

3rd triple double of the season for Jokic:

19 points, 16 boards, 10 assists, 6-10 shooting and +21.

And Portland lost tonight! Denver could very well have a 3 game lead by Sunday.

Also NOLA without Boogie tomorrow will take a huge effort, then probably a loss to SAS. Right now they are 4 games out with 22 left. They have 3 games vs Denver left, but wow do they have an up hill climb when everyone thought they would take the 8th seed.

I was a doubter with that back court.

No one said that Boogie would be an instant fix. What he does is give them a star that would likely not be around at their given draft position.

Despite the circumstances (Durant injury + b2b), GS wins that game against most teams. Wizards showing that they're a really tough team, especially at home.

Curious as to how bad the KD injury is...

can someone explain to me why players like Dwill and Bogut go unclaimed on waivers? Is it an unwritten rule or what? like why didnt the or any other team claim one of them if they wanted them?

If you claim them then you take their contracts. A lottery team has no reason to pay aging players that amount of money, and a lot of contending teams just don't have the cap space.

Not to mention no one really wants to claim a guy if it's clear he'd rather play elsewhere.

but why wouldn't the spurs or celtics want to prevent theCavs from getting better, like we see in baseball in September.
