Heat are looking really good so far going for their 9th straight win. They're clearly playing way better than their record and much better than teams currently at the no.8 spot. I hope they can make it to the playoffs.

This is the Dragic the Heat were hoping to see when they signed him. He's playing like he did in Phoenix.

The difference? He gets to run the offense and there's no Wade holding him back.

Curry has been in MVP mode since Christmas. He didn't like that banter.

Absolutely incredible so far tonight. Watching the game on mute but he has to have 6+ threes prior to the half.

Edit: he had 8 threes, and 7 assists.

At the half.

Our biggest problem is our terrible head coach. Phillys biggest problem is that their best player is nothing more than a part time employee getting full time benefits and remaining a massive question mark until he proves he can stay healthy for SEASONS at a time.

That dude's passion with the attractiveness of the Warriors is hilarious.

For some reason the short hair curry just reminds me of ankle injuries. Last year's Curry with more hair is when he was destroying teams, so he feels more killer to me.

Definitely. No Zaza, no D West, no Livingston. And now no Draymond Green. And a road b2b. Definitely an opportunity for the Clippers to steal this one.

Depends how much you think Blake had to exert himself last night I guess. I mean it's def the best I've seen him since his return (only caught the end though after I heard DJ got sent). It's a pretty good spot for 'em, but Curry might just go Nova again so I'm steering clear.

Not watching till later so I gotta go ghost but the Toyota Center is always empty early on. And sometimes doesn't fill up later either. My wife's boss has season tickets and they are given extra tickets multiple times a year. We used them on January 2nd and got free lower bowl seats and had a whole empty row directly in front of us.

Some of it is traffic, some of it is Houston being weird as far as fan stuff goes and some of it is Big Oil having season tickets and not always using them. A lot of people that can afford to go to games live way out in the suburbs to the far west, south and north. Hell, we live in Galveston and that's an hour away. We barely make it to the game on time if we leave at 5.

He was the in case of emergency break glass center. But Looney and McAdoo played well enough to move Andy to the bottom of the roster below the rookie Jones. I'm sure they looked for a trade for a conditional pick first.

His roster spot was taken by Briante Weber from the Heat farm system. Quick defensive PG to do what Curry can't ... stay in front of quick guards.

Jokic probsbly saw my post and said: **** Giannis94 on psd.com. then he did me a solid and stsrted embarrassing us thus helping my goal of finding a new coach a reality.

He is a stud. But I'd take Giannis any day

As much as I love Jokic Giannis still is my number 1 player I would start a franchise with.

It's just nice seeing a guy that isn't your prototype basketball player excel at a game that is usually dominated by pure athletes.

On the flip side Maker is a stud in the making. He is the Harry Giles prototype of his class. Brogdon is going to be a very good piece.

Did Kidd bench Giannis or is he just the worst rotation coach in the league? Part of it is a rhetorical question.

Honestly don't know but I assume its his rotations. When we were at .500 Giannis was playing with energy. He looks sad on the court, lacking enthusiasn. Like when you take a kid to the zoo and they look forward to seeing polar bears playing and then they just sleeo for the entirr time you're there.

Barton and Jameer are the worst with Jokic because they don't pass the ball and dribble the hell out of the ball.

Any team that plays Denver should play physical. We got ***** guards that freak out when there is pressure.

We also can't stay in front of a blind child on defense. Do teams even scout Denver cause this has been us all year....

I am already aware he is horrible. Malone isn't the sharpest tool either.

Wait, Giannis isn't what you'd classify as a pure athlete? Dude is not named "The Freak" because of his abnormal mathematical ability.

I hope that was sarcasm thinking I was talking about Giannis and not Jokic.

Thon Maker fits that weird non-protypical athlete as well. What comps does have in terms of physical skills, lebgth and measurables? Giannis? Raw as hell essentially a lottery ticket?

He seems more athletically coordinated than you describe. But yeah same measurements as Giles and Jokic. Just taller. Outside shot looked nice.

If you get a chance, make sure to watch the highlight film of Jokic's performance against the Bucks. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

The passes he made were simply breathtaking. Particularly his last 5. You don't see big guys with that type of touch.

Would you say he's a better passer than a prime Noah?

Is that really a debate?

I'd say clearly. Noah had the bounce pass down pat, but Jokic is dynamic. He has elite vision and incredible touch + the balls to make the pass. Best passing Center in a long time.

Is he a better passer then Boris Diaw?

Actually that's a really close comparison imo. Pretty similar vision and creativity with their passes. With Jokic it's every game of his that I watch that he makes 2-3 brilliant passes though. So even though he's just getting going, I'd lean Jokic.

He played in game 7 of the NBA Finals (8 minutes. We went -9 in the stretch). Very thankful he is gone. The guy never even learned the offense. He was so bad.

And yeah I saw we got Weber. Doubt we hold on to him but we'll see.

Other than not being a particularly consistent 3 point shooter he's just what the Warriors want in guards ... long, smart, good passer, rebounder, defender. They are auditioning for Clark's spot as the bottom guard on the roster beyond this year too.

i always liked Andy. i think if he stayed healthy wound up in the right spot for him he could have been a bigger impact player for someone. He was a goon but he also played a great floor game.

What's amazing is that most of the Warriors bigs are a comedy of errors trying to make a layup.

He scored the first 3 points on him and if you look at the time of the post, you will see for a few minutes thst was the case.

Supposedly it happens to most men at one time or another ... premature conclusion.

You think that's bad, this one poster on the forum replaced touting one player in far too many posts to blasting a coach in far too many posts. Must have an obsessive compulsion.

Fu fact: oden jr has ran up the medical bills for the 76ers. To the point where they're getting notified by the federal govt for medical fraud as the costs are insane. The catch is that Oden Jr is the fraud

Those highlights show a skilled player vs. the creamy soft interior of the Bucks. I wouldn't be surprised if Jokic rubbed one out after the game.

Compare thst to lebron who would call out his teammates for not helping him get it up only to ***** after the game saying: "Nice guys finish last. I'm not getting help from my teammates".

He has dominated the best defensive centers in the league, doesn't matter. Gobert had the best success and Jokic shot over 60 percent with 18 plus points.
