I will buy a poster of Oden and Oden Jr as thst is Embiids best comp.

Jkidd has lost me. He needs to build an offense around Giannis and he has failed me. Jkidd, shame on you. The tankathon didn't beat the Bucks, they owned Jkidd.

Had the in Play under 3 times starting at 216.5 and up to 223.5. Just had to avoid OT when the cream settled.

...As if I needed more reasons to hate the Cavs. Hilarious watching them lose at home to Sac after all Bron's crying though. Can't wait to sweep them in the Finals. No offense Spurs : )

Jkidd can't coach a true superstar. Something of a foreign language to philly fans seeing philly has never had or never will have one playing in their uniform

Ah .. I was curious about that one man. I'm glad they lost tho, and Houston.

And none taken ;) I think my guys can surprise some people, even the mighty Warriors. Time will tell tho

Caught Philly +290 down 1 with the ball and 3 minutes to go and the over 209.5 on the Dubs. The night turns out a success despite the Cavs hilarious incompetence and some bad luck (not a term I use often but getting unders when it goes OT is bad luck).

Gotta Love the consistent, terrible officiating to end basketball games, like the last 30 seconds of the Toronto-Memphis one.

First, Gasol Posts up in the Paint, elbows JV and of course JV gets called for the foul.

Second, The Refs granted Toronto a time out, when they didn't have full possession of the ball (JV was battling a Memphis player on the inside for the rebound, but they gave Toronto a time out before he came down with the ball)

:laugh2: If only I could get a job where I could mess up so badly at the most critical periods and not face discipline

Giannis is still entering his prime. Lebron is clearly on the fast track to being the bucks 6th man after he opts out in 2018 to come chase a ring in mke

Really? Giannis signed an extension, but you probably wouldn't know because I assume you're a Warriors fan now with the cavs recent struggles.

Also, Bucks fans>Cavs fans. We would never turn on our star player for leaving, and proceed to stwrt riots.

Where was oden jr. I didn't see him. He's terrible. Can't even stay on the court. Living up to that oden legacy. His best days are behind him.

Yeah, 8 game stretch would make you jump ship.. Not me.. It's the regular season.

We're the defending champions and 1st in the East.. Bucks aren't even holding a playoff seed, jog on troll.

Yeah and had the Raps won, you just know the refs would be under a lot of heat again. The foul on JV was just ridiculous. Terrible officiating.

The struggles continue for the Raps and the Cavs are not playing well either. Celtics just a half game back now for second.

Cavs in OT at home against the kings.. wow. They're definitely in a funk

We're definitely playing badly.

I'd say a huge part of it is due to effort. Our defense isn't playing well at all. Call it championship hangover.

Our halfcourt defense ranks as #5 right now - giving up 0.908ppp, 43.3% shooting, 47.8% on 2's, 34% from 3-point range.

We have the worst transition defense since the 2013-14 Pelicans and the 6th worst transition defense EVER (since Synergy tracking from 2004-05).

In last year's playoffs, we had the best transition defense, giving up only 0.977ppp, much better than #2 (the Spurs) at 1.026ppp.

So yeah, effort is what's killing us. We're capable of playing far better transition defense than we have in the last few weeks, and we're generally good at minimizing turnovers. We're just in a funk right now but if effort is as big of a reason as it appears, we'll be fine for the playoffs.

Wasn't it around this time last year they went into a little funk and caused Blatt to get fired? ( I can't remember, but I thought they were playing below expectations a bit too) I know their overall record was good though.

It definitely seems like effort + a bit of coasting. I didn't watch enough but I'm curious how some of the role players looked after Lebron's comments? Did it seem to push them, or about the same? I know not everyone responds to that sort of public criticism.

There's definitely no reason to panic if you're a Cavs fan. Toronto has been struggling too, otherwise they would've had the #1 seed, and even then I still would feel comfortable if I'm the Cavs. I don't know if Lebron has another run in him like last season though honestly (could be wrong, but just my personal opinion), so other guys will have to step up. JR returning should give a little extra fire power, but the defensive effort will have to improve. He doesn't help much in that department lol

Uh oh, Jokic looks like he hurt his knee.

Jokic obviously had another All-star caliber performance: 29 points, 14 rebounds, 7 assists.

If he's out for a long period of time, the Nuggets can kiss their playoff hopes goodbye.

X rays on his knee and hip, but it's believed to be his hip. May know tonight the extent of the injury. Praying.

For as much **** Rivers has gotten, he has played pretty well this year- at least scoring wise. What role do you guys think he projects long term, and would it be worth trading him in a melo deal?
