Harden is a front runner. Your guy isn't, yet at least.

I am conflicted if I want the Bucks to win because I desperately wanr kidd fired. However, he has ties with the ownership group (investing IIRC). On one hand, if we win, and say finish with 45-48 wins Giannis could be in the top 5 for MVP voting. If we finish with 38-42, which is where I expect to finish, Kidd still keeps his job despite terrible rotations and giannis likely falls out of the top 5 for MVP and finishes 6 or 7.

On the brght side, his extnesion doesn't kick into next year. On the other hand, I feel the ownership group will keep having an influence on player acquisition- although the contracts minus Plumlee are not terrible.

Nah. Giannis would be lucky to finish in the top 5 with the way the Bucks are playing.

Harden with NO field goal attempts and 3 TO's in the 1st quarter. That's interesting. Good on ya Milwaukee.

It's definitely because of an assistant coach. Jkidd wouldn't do that.

Jesus... This is the worst ****ing defensive effort I've seen the Rockets have all season long. The Bucks are shooting 72 percent from the floor. 72 percent!

Well we're the opposite so hopefully it turns around. We tend to start slow and finish strong.

that was an awful defensive first half. lucky it's only a 4 point game.

mightybosstone
01-23-2017, 10:13 PM
As awful as Houston played in that first half, they're somehow down only 4 points. It's shocking. Thank God for James Harden. Houston was down either 14 or 16 when he came back in, but he scored 16 points with 3 assists in the last 7-8 minutes of that quarter. If it wasn't for him, they'd be getting slaughtered right now.

Cabs are getting trashed by the Pelicans without AD. Not a doubt in my mind the East is wide open thos year- aside from the fact that the reffs will waltz the self-proclaimed-akron-king to the finals

Jrue and Terrence Jones are just on another planet. Besides that, LeBron is turnover happy and lazy, and our defense is soooooo bad.

We cut it down to 8 to start the 4th, though. Kyrie is keeping us alive - 33 in 3 quarters.

Vee-Rex

I'll be happy when January is over with.

Down to 12 from 17 points in 30 seconds - after the timeout and energized defensive effort.

This team is just sleep vs. Non-Warriors/Spurs teams in the regular season.

Yall losing/lost to the Heat. Warriors are overrated, though not on trash level like the Self-proclaimed-akron-kings.

its not the turnovers from lebron.... I watch lebron more than I watch anybody and in his entire career this might be the worst defensive performance I have ever seen from him... He looks like he doesnt care and has 0 energy. He is getting licked by anyone and everyone he defends.

Probsbly planning his second exit. If I lived and grew up in Cle, played for Gilbert, I probably would too

Dion Waiters went God mode against GS dear God. Dagger rainbow game winning 3 to cap off his night. Unreal.

Road b2b's are tough so I figured this would be a close one but that was brutal.

Yeah its not just the turnovers. He's not playing well, despite the nice looking stats.

But we need to lose. Can't coast and be lazy for an entire half. Just won't cut it in this league. I'm only happy that Toronto is also going through the motions while we crap it up in January.

Idk, LeBron's really trying now. TJ just ISO'ed him and scored on him lol.

It's just one of those nights lol. TJ is having a career, lifetime game.

Problem is we let them smell victory so now they're going all out - families lives on the line and everything.

I actually put a little $ on the Heat cause the Dubs were on a b2b. Probably still should have won, but it happens.

Just got back from the Spurs/Nets, so it was nice to see the results of the Cavs/Warriors/Rockets game.

We're in Toronto tomorrow anyway, so that won't be easy.

You got someone in mind you think would fit well if/when Kidd leaves? Of course things could change between now and then, but curious who or what kind of coach you think would maximize their potential

Miami oddly has given the Warriors some problems this season. The back to back certainly didn't help in tonight's case but it also took them 4 quarters to put the Heat away at home if I'm not mistaken.

No DeMar tmw and the Raps are really struggling right now. They have lost the Sixers, Hornets and Suns the last several days so.. yeah. :(

@VeeRex did you hear LBJ sound off after the game? I want to know your thoughts on it, because while I hear what he's trying to say, it sounds like he's saying straight up the roster isn't good enough. Not sure that's something you should be airing to the media.

Honestly, I don't know. Calipari would be nice but he may be a hard fit with an unconventional PG. If Phil gets canned, though lol.

Kidd made some improvements last night by not playing beasley henson instead playing Plumlee and extending Gianiid and Jabari minutes.

Too many investing and political ties so I want Kidd to succeed as the soonest he'd be fired is after next uear
