Thon Roty Maker starting? Ayyye

I rarely complain about officiating, but that second quarter of the Houston/Memphis game was about as one-sided as it gets. I believe the Rockets were called for eight fouls compared to only one for the Grizzlies. Lots of bogus calls and non-calls are helping Memphis stay in a game in which they're playing horribly.

Man, Dejounte Murray has crazy high potential. Another steal by the Spurs (hopefully)

Cavs playing better with LeBron off the court. That's a first.

Kawhi channeling his inner Stephen Curry with the behind the back pass/turnover.

I really like Simmons game. He's passing on open shots though. I wonder why?

Shumpert is having a career year. It really looks like his 3 point shot is legit after working on it this off-season.

He does that a lot. It's frustrating, but he feels much more confident finishing around the basket than shooting

Kawhi is dominating us. Lebron is stinking. We need to bring Kyrie back in.

Kawhi goes out, Lebron goes right to the basket.

Only tuned late in the 3rd once Duke blitzed Miami to open the 2nd half. Lebron looks off but Kyrie and Leonard look in full-form. I've only watched a few games this year but Leonard went from a cutter and wide-open shooter, to a solid shooter and 2 dribble slasher, to a post-up and pull-up wing, and now he's just got everything functioning as a playmaker.

Pretty remarkable, I don't know if any player has ever improved more in the NBA than him.

it makes me mad watching the spurs... no team should be this good for this long and interchange parts like they do/can and find guys like leonard.

Supermod or not **** you KDSPURMAN lol

I seriously get upset at times at these guys. Then I think about other teams throughout the last 20 years who were good 10-20 years ago and are terrible now or whatever. I have to come back to reality and realize I have it pretty darn good. There won't be a title every year, but the way they draft and develop, etc... It's amazing.

I love these guys man. Miss Duncan like crazy... But Pop and Co. continue to do great things

Spurs attacking our little known weakness: leave Love wide open.

Love will go 5/20 on wide open 3 pointers in 3 games then go 8/10 in 1 game.

now this is where i hate the nba.... lebron should be able to drive here and would likely be fouled but because of todays NBA and the ******** refs they will never call a foul here so he will rely on jumpshot... Id just give it to kyrie and let the better shooter shoot but its lebron and the king deserves the last shot nomatter ****ing what.

I knew all those missed looks we've had would eventually come back to haunt us.

We were getting so many, couldn't capitalize

Nope. Lebron did what he does so many times. Takes a fading 3 instead of making the smarter/higher % shot. It's a tie game, should've went for 2.

Ah well.. Worked out for us, but I don't like OT on the road so probably just delaying the inevitable

I feel like it has been an uphill battle for us and Kawhi is unstoppable so you guys might have this in the bag.

Lmao it wouldn't be the NBA without typical NBA moments. Mark Jackson is awful - but I know this is nothing new. Between his fawning praise for the IQ it takes to execute an inbounds trap in a one possession game (something middle schoolers do) and his unbelievable assessment there at the end when the ball is clearly dribbling away from Lebron and he just decides "he had possession." Lol, never change.

Jokic with a routine 19,11 and 3 on 8/11 shooting. Ripped apart the Clippers front line.

Man, I'm digging Sam Dekker. The future starting SF for the Rockets really turned it on tonight. He reminds me of an earlier version of Parsons.

Was just about to say the same thing great comparison. Of course we would like Ryan Anderson in the lineup, but you have to like what you see from Dekker.

NBA wouldn't let that happen. Even if the 76ers have a 3-0 lead and a 30 point lead in the last 5 seconds of game 4, SPAK would still prevail

Why doesn't Javale McGee get more minutes? Season high 16min is pretty low for a guy who comes in and just puts on a dunkfest every time. Pachulia is pretty bad tbh.

In 21 minutes also. He probably plays more if we didn't have a back to back in Minnesota and DeAndre Jordan gets some ridiculous calls.

I loved Dekker coming out of college. Where Denver picked didn't make much sense to grab him but they have a smart guy that has a solid 2 way game. Rockets have a lot of solid young pieces around James.

I don't watch GS, but my guess is he is an idiot that plays out of position makes bad reads. When we played him he looks smarter but if I had to guess cause Zaza is bad.

While he can block shots and is long and athletic he isn't the best fit at C. He's not the smartest player defensively or offensively.
He tends to jump too much looking for the block. And isn't the greatest rebounder even with his size. On the other end he can't pass out of the high post. Our offense loves getting Zaza and use to get Bogut the ball there. It drags their big out and allows more space for the cutters. Can't do that as well with McGee. He doesn't have a post or mid range. He's just gonna get put backs and ops.

It's not to say he's useless. He has value and will see time but it's a match up thing.
