While Curry wrapped up one of the most impressive regular seasons in the history of the NBA enroute to his second consecutive MVP award, LeBron James has maintained an impressive streak: every season he has been in the league, he has finished in the top ten in MVP voting, and for the last 11 seasons, he's finished in the top five! That is over a decade as one of the 5 most valuable players in the league. And most of those seasons saw him in the top 3, with 4 MVP awards in total going to James.

How impressive is the longevity of his MVP candidacy?

Just amazing. He's the definition of consistency, you know what are you going to get from him EVERY NIGHT.

I rarely see him having horrible games, that's because of his versatility, if Kobe was having a bad day he kept shooting, if PG-13 is having a bad day he keeps shooting, if Curry is having a bad day he keeps shooting, etc... But with Lebron, he just knows it and start looking for his teammates and doing other important things.
