I think Bucks should have done this one
The Atlanta Hawks had interest in moving Jeff Teague to the Milwaukee Bucks for Khris Middleton.

Middleton is in the first season of a five-year, $70 million deal with the Bucks.

The Bucks turned down that offer from the Hawks.

Teague is signed through the 16-17 season making $8 million a season. Milwaukee actually signed Teague to an offer sheet in 2013 that the Hawks matched.http://www.nba.com/2016/news/features/david_aldridge/02/22/morning-tip-trade-deadline-quiet-detroit-pistons-make-changes-on-fly-shelvin-mack-adjusting-utah-jazz-from-atlanta-hawks-qa-with-san-antonio-spurs-tony-parker/index.html

Id rather have Middleton as someone from the outside looking in who doesn't follow both teams.

not surprising, Middleton is younger, better and locked up for 3 more years. And there are much fewer good SG's than PG's.

I would part with my left nut for Middleton to join the Clips. DJ for Midds, who says no?

There were rumors bucks had interest in Rubio too but our gm demanded Middleton as well. Miller might have more info if that's true or not.

Damn. Schroder and Middleton backcourt would have been dope.

That's tough but they likely made the right call. Middleton will only get better, the Bucks have something good going for them.

Easily the Bucks say no. They give up their only shooter and kill their poor spacing issues even more. Monroe and DJ wouldn't mesh well.

Middleton has value. A lot of value. High demand, low supply of that SG type.

Actually this was his first year on cheap 5 year deal. Has 4 more years under contract yet.

Also rather just chase Teague in 2017. Remember he signed with us couple years ago then got matched. PG's are a dime a dozen in this league. Go find a 2 way SG. Good luck with that.

Yeah player option on 5th year.

Owners denied Kidd a trade with Pelicans. Not sure if it was Monroe and for what.
