If you could take one player from a team in your division, and one player from the corresponding division from the other conference to add to your team, who would you choose(2 players total)? Rules are written below.

Coulda (shoulda?) gone Giannis over Middleton but I think adding the offense/spacer fits a bit better and that team has defense. In reality the potential would probably get me but to compete tomorrow I'd take this.

Does All Star award mean, winning the Mvp of the All Star game?

Dragic
Wade
N Batum
AD (if against rules) Bosh
Whiteside

Reggie Jackson/George Hill
Monta Ellis/Glenn Robinson
Paul George/CJ Miles/Solomon Hill
Derrick Favors/Myles Turner/Lavoy Allen
Ian Mahimni/Jordan Hill

Reggie Jackson is about the only central division guy the Pacers can pick. Chose to split my picks with the frontcourt to balance it out, though I realy wanted Will Barton.

I'm guessing it means all-star appearance.

If I were the Blazers, I would take Rudy Gobert and Giannis Antetokounmpo:

PG: Damian Lillard
SG: C.J. McCollum
SF: Giannis Antetokounmpo
PF: Meyers Leonard
C: Rudy Gobert

Clarkson
Barnes- pacific
Randle
Noel-Atlantic

Solid pick for the future, although I'd take Jonas Valanciunas over Nerlens Noel.

OKC Thunder: Add Kris Middelton from opposing conference division and Wiggins from in division.

PG: Russ/Payne
SG: Wiggins/Middelton
SF: Durant/ Wiggins or Middelton
PF: Ibaka/McGary
C : Adams/ Kanter

Regardless of who starts, have a great 6th man off the bench.

The Jazz really need a pg till exum comes back and develops. So it was Reggie Jackson or Cj McCollum, but since the Jazz can get wiggins from the T-wolves it made sense to take Jackson.

Reggie Jackson-Detroit/Trey Burke
Andrew Wiggins-Minnesota/Rodney Hood
Gordon Hayward/Burks
Derrick Favors/Booker
Rudy Gobert/Whithey

Your 2016-2017 Miami HEAT with the addition of Beal and Marc Gasol.

PG - Dragic, Tyler Johnson
SG - Wade, Beal, Richardson
SF - Deng, Winslow
PF - Bosh, McRoberts, STAT
C - Gasol, Whiteside

Was tempted to add Batum, but Deng and Winslow can play SF, we need a Wade backup and we need shooting, Beal give us that and can replace Wade in the starting lineup, he can also play some PG.

Philadelphia 76ers have slim division pickings. And since this is about the future....
Add Kristaps Porzingas and Damian Lillard
PG: Lillard, Ish Smith
SG: Stauskas, Canaan
SF: Covington, Grant
PF: Porzingas, Holmes
C: Noel, Okafor

Not even close to making the playoffs, but as that team grows it becomes better.

An All Star player. If they've ever been to an All Star game. Lemme take out the award, didn't mean to confuse.

Porzingis is a rookie, and Lillard is a former all-star. C.J. McCollum would work. I'd also take Jonas Valanciunas, move Nerlens Noel to power forward and put Jahlil Okafor on the trading block.

I missed the rules part.

Vala playing the 5 and pushing Noel to the 4 would be a disaster just like it was now with Noel and Okafor.

In that case Thad Young and Andrew Wiggins. Sure, the shooting would be terrible, but we could outrun any team out there with a starting 5 of:
Ish Smith
Andrew Wiggins
Robert Covington
Thad Young
Nerlens Noel

We're not a team winning right now, so having a young core, adding Wiggins, and using Thad as a vet leader for them would be great.

Not going to be the rules lawyer here, but people are taking a lot of all-stars.

After last night's ridiculous loss, the Pacers need a completely new backcourt.

Reggie Jackson/George Hill
Will Barton/Monta Ellis/Rodney Stuckey
Paul George/Solomon Hill
Myles Turner/Lavoy Allen
Ian Mahimni/Jordan Hill

That has the added benefit of having 3 Hills in the 2nd unit.

I thought about both of them (more Giannis though) when I made my list but there is just no shooting on that team. I doubled down on Middleton/Ibaka for shooting which may not be necessary but I think you gotta add at least one shooter.

I also forgot that the Atlantic conference is coupled with the Pacific in this thread, so neither McCollum nor Wiggins would work. How about Harrison Barnes and Avery Bradley?

Too many rules because there not enough players in that division to really do that with. Barnes interests me, but not if I'm taking Thad, and Atlantic is slim pickings as is.

Edit:
Like Atlantic-Pacific is about the shittiest pairing for this in terms of players available. The northwest/central pairing makes out like bandits if you ask me.

Yeah; but that's part of the challenge that makes this thread somewhat interesting, unlike the ones asking you to add some all-star.

I was fine with the non-all-star/non-rookie. But pigeon holing a division to have to pick from? That's rough. Basically that pacific division has so few players that anyone would want.

Sixers I'd take Terrance Ross and Cj McCollum. Nice additions
