Well like the Pats, there was no Gronk. Tonight is no Kawhi. Writing is on the wall!

one reason I hate watching the Clippers, is they get every single call their way. Every one.

You must've hated watching them play the Rockets last season then lol

Well where's that guy that hates LMA? He's gotta be pissed right now. If the Warriors weren't having a historic season. Everyone would be all over Leonard and the Spurs. They are playing damn good ball as well.

Didn't Lou Will start as well? Instead of Russell?

I didn't see that coming honestly lol... Philly, despite their record has been in some close games against some good teams. Then I saw no Kawhi/Timmy I thought ok, Pop is trying to look out for Brown tonight and maybe have it competitive. Nope...

Can he lend Timmy to us for an hour to talk to our young guys?

TD is always willing to help guys, I wouldn't be surprised if any of your young bigs reach out to him at some point.

They need a couple guys in that lockerroom, who've been there and can be in their ears. Hopefully they can get someone maybe mid season who fits that role

I wish they could bring someone in now. I know last time we played each other, TD met with Okafor for about 40 minuted before the game.

I've kinda developed my own list of guys I would love to bring in. Guys like:
Drew Gooden, Steve Novak, Kendrick Perkins, Brandon Rush, Raymond Felton

Respected guys that if they were to say something about what it takes to play a long time in the NBA (Especially the first 3), the young guys would listen.

Edit:
And that's what's hard about this team. Yea some of those guys might accidentally add 5-6 wins, but so what at this point. We got some talented young players. But the lack of a leader or someone to point them in the right direction leaves us floundering. In close games, seeing a guy that can help direct everyone would be nice. And a night like tonight, they would keep us fighting til the end.

Lol didn't watch the game but the Spurs sat their 2 best players and still beat the Sixers by 51 in Philly. Pathetic.

So, was Okafor worth this?

Man Philly is a mess. Without Duncan, Leonard and Ginobili and you win by 51 on the road? Yikes.

On the Spurs side, I really like what I saw from Boban. Granted it was against Philly in garbage time, but the giant has some skills. He could be another diamond in the rough player for SA.

Bucks with narrow escape for victory over Blazers. Mayo had to hit a 3 to get us within 1. Then Vasquez forced a jump ball. Then we win the jump ball then Monroe was fed in the paint for 2. Then Henson with the key block to seal the win.

Yea, kind of how KG is in Minny. It's tough to find an older guy who is willing to play and be a leader on a team that isn't contending, but hopefully it can happen. There's a lot of talent there, just need some veteran leadership.

And that's cool about TD/Okafor. He's such a selfless dude, he will help anyone who needs/wants it, sometimes even without them asking. Okafor should definitely continue to pick his brain, cause he's got a lot of potential

TD is a cool dude. There's a reason the Spurs are my #2 team.
