Apparently Markeiff Morris is being shopped. Where do you guys think he would fit in well and what kind of pieces do you think the suns would want in return ??

Jordan Schultz @Schultz_Report

Hearing the Suns are trying to deal Markieff Morris, who has an affordable 8M/yr deal. He and Hornacek don't get along, plus Marcus is gone.

Anderson as an option was on twitter. A straight swap won't do it though

I'd like him but who could we give up? Calderon?

Maybe. Is Bargs already a FA or is this his last year?

When is his court date? Doubt any teams part with anything of value until they know if he's going to prison or not. 76ers probably be willing to eat him to get up to the cap apron and be a young asset for almost nothing. Then if no jail then be a fleece. Bucks could use a back up PF. But most likely Giannis gets all that behind Parker. But Parker might not be ready opening day. Since no more small ball pf of sg/sf Dudley.

Despite signing Chandler, the Suns still need some big man depth. They just lost Brandan Wright and Marcus Morris. If they're going to be trading Markieff, I'd say flip him for another PF.

He is a free agent already.

Raptors. Him going to prison is laughable. Reading over the allegations, it reads something like this "One witness said she saw markieff in the area of the incident, but then later said that MArkieff may or may not have been there at all". So I think its safe to say that charges will be dropped against him. Anyhow, always liked his game, definitely thought he was the better of the 2 Morris twins. Hope he comes to the Raptors.

I'm sure he has a hungry lawyer to eat the case.

I thought Morris twins are caught on video beating somebodies brains in? If not Bucks could trade expiring contract of Mayo for Markieff.

Doubt the Pistons want him, if they did he would've been included in the original deal involving his brother IMO.

I thought a Chandler amd Morris front court had a chance to be pretty good for the suns. surprised they wanna move him after just extending him last season.

I think saying they "blew it" is a bit premature, especially Markieff. He had a great season last year. I doubt these charges stick...and if he lands in the right spot he'll be fine.

Honestly I'm so disappointed this has all happened. Kieff was making improvements to his game every year, and having his twin brother on the same team probably pushed them both harder. Just leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

And LOL at Frye I'd rather we just buy him out lol

I think the Pacers should try at him. He would be a solid replacement for west, and 10 years younger.

Hopefully he doesnt go to prison.

I would do Sullinger plus pick(s) for him because I like how he could fit in Stevens' system and his affordable contract.

How many years does he have left on his contract. The original thought when the Suns agreed to a deal with Tyson was that it would end up a S&T with Morris coming to Dallas. If his contract is longer than 2 years though I don't think the Mavs would be interested.

The Cavs have a 10 million plus expiring contract. They can cut him as soon as the trade is made and open up 10 million plus in space
