Because they were forced by the NBA to pay 3 mil to the hornets for not disclosing a knee injury of Jrue Holiday a couple years back so they are being babies and trying to get the money from us to pay the Hornets.

LOL Philly mad that we took Russell

If anything Philly should be thanking us because if they had not gotten Bynum they wouldn't have been in the position to draft Noel, Embiid, and Okafor, so You're Welcome Sixers :)

It's incredible that Bynum continues to do damage.

AND they denied the Holiday thing too. That franchise is an embarrassment right now.

Remember during his post workout interview at Lakers training facility, he said "we" multiples times, it was obvious he envisioned himself as a Laker.

I feel bad for him.

I'm thinking the whole league. The whole country. The entire planet.

Class action lawsuit. International court.

Philly is the worst.

Whatever happened to all the NBA contraction talk from a few seasons ago? Time to bring it back and move Philly to the top of the list.

There's a typo in your screen name.

It should read Bron > Lance Armstrong > Barry Bonds > Alex Rodriguez > Ben Johnson > Mark McGwire > Roger Clemens > Arnold Schwarzenneggar.

You're welcome.

Don't teams have their own doctors exam players when there's a trade? If your doctors didn't catch it, that's on you.

That is true but you have to release all information you have to the new team... It isn't a question of whether he was damaged just a question of whether they gave Philly everything they had...

Vinyl's right. What Philly did was essentially hide information about injuries which healed or could not be detected later. You can see an old bone break on an x-ray or through imagining, but not everything shows up on later inspection. (For example, nobody can tell when you last had a head cold by examining you today.)

Bynum's knee problems were obvious on inspection. Plus he was an idiot, which they should also have been able to detect.

It's funny timing for this because they obviously really wanted Russell. So it's like a little kid having a tantrum. Who drafts a centre three straight years anyhow? Okafor they had to take as he was by far the best guy left, but they say they won't trade any of them, they need to learn how to run a team... just like the Wolves, how many first overall picks in a row do you need before you are not the worst team in the league? Okafor looked bummed out when the Laker took Russell, I actually feel bad for the kid, he knows he was in a **** spot.

We all know Okafor does not want to be there...And Philly wants $3mil.in compensation for Bynum(LOL), As we all know it was buyer beware in that deal.

I have a solution to the problem: We(Lakers) will give them the $3 million dollars+ Swaggy P & Robert Sacre for Okafor. Works out for both teams. The Lakers would have their best PG/C combo since Magic & Kareem. Then the Sixers would be guaranteed to be back in the lottery where they like to be. Now I know Philly would not go for this, I don't think. But it works.
