I know we have a thread for free agents and trades. But it's so hard to keep track. I know there were a handful of players that were bought out after being traded today or are at least potentially working on a buyout. Was hoping we could post them as they come and then discuss their possible landing spots. As of right now I know of a few..

Kendrick Perkins
Thomas Robinson
Gary Neal
Andrei Kirilenko
Javale McGee
Larry sanders

Is Thomas Robinson really that bad?

i don't think neal is being bought out from what i've read, but i'd like to see all the possibilities listed as well since miami has 2 spots to fill after the trade today.

Yep. He would be good in our system imo. And we could use another big.

I thought McGee was being bought out?

I'm really high on the kid. Great rebounder, great athlete, underrated ball-handler. He just has to end up in a situation that makes sense for his personality and skillset. I wanted the Lakers to trade Randle to Phila for Noel, and then sign Robinson. Those two would average 20 and 20 between them.

Big issue is he's not currently a shooter, so if you put him next to a center that also isn't the spacing isn't going to be the same way it would if you had a stretch four instead. And he's too small to defend the 5.

Really hoping McGee or Perkins to Chicago.

Thomas Robinson will end up going to Suns to reunite the 3 way circle jerk with Morris twins.

Agreed. I'm some what interested in McGee cause we need a defensive big off the bench but he's such a headcase that idk if it's even worth talking to him let alone signing him.
